Work-life balance, great team of coworkers, and making a difference for the patients I served

Cons

Extremely busy days, management did not care about employee concerns. The PTO policy for this company also sucks.

They are pretty flexible and encourage mobility with personal goals. if attending school or elsewhere. there always seems to be extra shifts available. New leadership is grade A.

Cons

It's a group effort, so a slacking coworker can make the work difficult, especially when there always seems to be a shortage of workers. A bit more drama than I'd like, but I wouldn't consider it toxic. There's too many fresh techs, as well, as the more competent ones move to better opportunities.
