Patient care centered environment, caring Co workers, fast paced work and the network truly listens to suggestions

Cons

Pay rate, On call 24/7 without on call pay, hourly and 25%of the people that I manage, make more money than me.

company faith based, allows you to pray with patients. provides ceu, good management. i would work here longer if they paid better

Cons

poor pay, does not pay for licensing or cdr. i like it here, but they won't keep staff forever with competing employers int he area.

1. Food is over priced your paycheck will be cut when you pay 5 dollars for a cup of coffee. 2. They are not for thier employees, they would rather fire you then fix the problem. 3. Pay is really poor 4. Honestly I would tell me worst enemy to apply here, thats about it. 5. They will shove thier religion down your throat.
