Pros
very good workplace ambience, no bullying , good steady pace of working style, decent line managers, work recognition. Small place so everyone counts. excellent benefits package for a small company. Diversity is a pretty good mix here and good positive vibes generally. If you do something wrong the management won't lay into you and instead will accept an issue, obviously can't happen too often.
Cons
work isn't the most cutting edge or the most interesting but is generally ok.
