Caring team, I enjoyed coworkers

Cons

Let go of a bunch of professionals without any warning over COVID. No explanation. Hired people during this time as well. Job roles poorly defined. Definitely some biases with race and gender. Toxic work environment.

Pros

Solid team within the clinic and great communication and coordination with adjunct programs. Lots of supervision - no problem getting hours for advanced licensure. Amazing benefits - more PTO than you can probably take and decently priced health insurance. Supervisors have longevity and passion and it feels like you're not just an employee but part of a family.

Cons

Administration can sometimes seem out of touch.
