Pros

The clients are great. Working with them, seeing growth, and building therapeutic relationships was an amazing experience.

Cons

The atmosphere is reminiscent of high school. There are cliques that get in the way of not only a cohesive office environment, but also of feeling comfortable voicing concerns to management. In addition, managers will give different directives which leads to confusion as well as hostility between supervisors.
