The management needs additional training. The management creates a hostile work environment in the clerical unit at Catonsville location. I would not recommend the office assistant position to anyone. A very unprofessional work environment with little to no room for growth or pay advancement. The staff seems untrust worthy and not very supportive at all. They seem very professionally insecure in their positions and seem to view newcomers as a threat to their jobs or authority. Not very welcoming! Go somewhere else. They have a hard time keeping people in the position. Now I know why! Ghetto City! Sad!

Management is POOR at the Dundalk office!!! Ineffective program management with lack of training ,experience,organization and people skills. The program manager has NO clue or idea on how to supervise employees, handle crisis,stressful situations ,communicate effectively or work with clients ,and poor decision making skill.
