Clients are amazing, cool to watch them progress, good benefits (6 weeks of PTO), ability to go on day-long (fun) trips and get paid for it

Cons

Politics, manager has favorites, unsure if raises exist here unless you move to a higher position, loss of valuable employees because of said politics

The supervisor is SUPER passive aggressive. Talks down to you and is very unprofessional. Doesn't treat all the employees the same. Harasses employees through email and text messages. No type of understanding or sympathy.
