Pros

Working with the clients and seeing them progress and get to their baseline in their behaviors and mental stability.

Cons

Staff will try to place blame on you for the smallest mistakes or actions. If you defend yourself from a client harming you or threatening you, they will keep the client in the program. The pay is bare minimum of $16.25. The current program manager at the specified location painted themselves as a hard worker while other staff did everything. If a staff member was out due to health issues for a significant amount of time, the program manager would place all of the work on the previous assistant manager. Staff culture is toxic and cliquish. They will usually paint you as an issue if they do not like you and will not help you in any regards of your work.
