Too much focus on financial wellness guides

The pay is garbage. I took a pay cut to come here, after it was talked up by the manager, recruiter, and the reviews on this site. The culture is toxic. They hire contractors that would never have gotten the job as a FTE and those people end up being the worst people to deal with. I addressed issues to my manager and was told that 1. it was all in my head and 2. I'm overreacting. The building isn't maintained either so I leave every day with a headache. There's no standard to training so if you weren't taught something, and then do that very thing wrong, you get nasty messages from anyone who comes across the mistake. There's way too much anger that exists here for Key to be a healthy place to work.
