Great team (really, I mean amazing) Great work/life balance Flexibility from management They really support/promote personal and professional development Job is enjoyable - you get to talk to different people and learn new things hourly! I love how they introduce you to every dept when you are training so you know how they work together HR/IT is very fast to respond to your questions Upper-management actually listens to your suggestions Training was only 1 week and they ask if you feel ready to dive in- I love this because I don't feel the need for a 4 week training period. Let me dive in and see what I don't know FULL WEEK OFF from the company for Christmas or New Years week (whichever you choose) - I have never heard this before, it's so appreciated I can't wait to be a part of this company/department growth, I have never been happier to say I work somewhere. Everything is truly amazing and the people are so supportive and friendly

Cons

The only con right now is that we're not in the office to see the team on a daily basis As a newer department, some systems are repetitive (which was totally expected), but managers really take suggestions seriously and make it happen Insurance is a bit expensive than what I'm used to, but the options and coverage is great 15 days PTO combined

Pros

I was hired a couple years ago when they were still in the midst of the separation from Plattform. It was a highly stressful time but Leadership, especially starting with the CEO, didn't allow that stress to manifest to the rest of the employees. They kept things focused while still making it as fun as possible in order to reach their goal. Now, the company continues to grow and while there are still growing pains, they don't forget that the front line employees are core to the future success of the company. Finally, I think they make it a point to hire smart, talented, and overall, nice people so anyone looking to join this company will not be disappointed with the staff.

Cons

Starting salaries are decent but annual raises could be better and lack of year-end bonuses doesn't help matters. 401-k match could be more competitive as well. With that said, I think for some, they are willing to overlook that because it is a good place to work with good people.

Keypath Education has been the first job I have had in years that I genuinely enjoy going to. My team is supportive and always there to answer questions I have. My bosses are so flexible with working with my schedule and constantly making sure I am feeling comfortable. The leadership team is always checking in with us and being so personable. I have never felt like just "a body" working here, I have seriously felt like family. The time off and hour flexing in incredible, and there are always fun incentives or events going on at work to keep morale high! I couldn't be happier here!

Cons

No real cons to say. The leadership team seems to really listen to our feedback and improve work every day!
