One of the largest warehouse distributor's in the automotive industry is slowly sinking and there's no one doing anything about it. Those in charge of making decisions are way behind the times and there is a lack of a sense of urgency in taking any real action. There is a huge level of complacency from those who have been around 10-20 + years and has stunted this company from keeping up with the times. As things progressively got worse, the intensity of micro-managing increased and there is a consistent pointing of the fingers from upper management to those who simply followed orders. Multiple layoffs through the year has resulted in those left to pick up the slack while the company continues with their hiring freeze of over a year.

There are so many where to begin. Deceit is the worst. Management is very misleading. Do not trust a word they say. Watched them fire coworkers for telling the truth and not lying to new hires about companies intentions. You cannot make a living working here . All overtime to be eliminated. Workers held to under 40 hrs due to new scheduling. Massive turnover due to negligence by management. They want you committed to them but offer no commitment or stability in return.
