After many years of continuous employment, I have found this organization to be one that tries hard to live by its values despite a difficult human service environment. There is great variability in terms of depth and quality across this large agency, but are places where it is quite possible to experience strong leadership, good management, and commitment to the people who they serve. I have been fortunate to have such an experience over many years.

I would like to see the company show more gratitude to their employees who work tirelessly to help families and improve the community as a whole. My co-teacher had taught there for over 20 years and the company did nothing for him, and would have received no recognition if we had not done something for him within our own center
