Pros

Human Resources seemed to be competent. Never had a complaint about that department.

Cons

There was a ridiculous amount of inappropriate behavior form mid-level staff in client services. You will frequently wonder who is the client and who is the professional. They have a hard time keeping sane staff. Let me put it this way...they are hiring for a reason.

Pros

Good reputation, quality care and person centered for consumers.

Cons

Management is limited when working with new employees or staff, especially of new to the management team. Despite a rigorous hiring process and acquisition of knowledgeable staff, new members are faced with a difficult structure that marginalizes chances for success. Overall, Keystone is a quality agency, it could be even better, as well as more team oriented.
