Pros

Very rewarding work, most people there are there for the clients. benefits are pretty good, lots of time off available. Lots of overtime available as well.

Cons

Work can be stressful, training is abysmal and does not prepare you for the job at hand. Pay is pitiful compared to the amount of work you do.

Pros

SRV is the cornerstone of the company.

Cons

Unfortunately funding keeps us in business so SRV goes out the window. There is little to no growth, although there are a lot of programs. It's dependent on the area one lives in when working with such a spread out company: PA, CT, MD, Moldova, Russia

Pros

I did not really enjoy anything about this place. They make you do more work than your pay allows.

Cons

Low pay and the supervisors tend to take advantage of people by assign their own responsibilities to their subordinates.
