Pros
They are very transparent, and at least for the clients I worked with, the experience was excellent; there were no unpleasant surprises, which is often the case with these types of "labor supply" companies. Kudos to Roshane for being the most helpful contact person I had during the five years I worked for them.
Cons
Some of the sourcing people can take their time to respond, I mean a week+
