      It's a good start to get into the market

      Pros

      It gets you in the door for permenant employment with another company. You can also have a chance to move around if that's what you want to do.

      Cons

      It is only a temp position, when your contract is up your on the streets. Plus as an hourly employee you dont get paid federal holidays so you loose money.
