      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Income potential is there, if you put in the hours (80+ hours/week)

      Cons

      Bullpen style cubicles (constant eaves dropping), toxic coworkers, "draw" salary/commission plan, turnover rate is significant, management is inexperienced and unproductive. No work/life balance, constant disconnect on candidate control, rules are never consistent from one employee to another.

      Revolving Door

      Pros

      They hire really well. It's a great place to meet new friends that you want to spend time with outside of work.

      Cons

      High stress environment, constant revolving door, and favoritism can be apparent. The only senior people have been there for a very long time, but the majority of the people are <1year.

      Pros

      They will try and find you work.

      Cons

      They take a huge cut of your billing rate. Most of the clients are third rate IT shops who are looking for low cost contractors. Benefits are way below average.
