Pros

Good people that you work with in the office. Happy and fun. If you like cold calling, then you shall enjoy!

Cons

monotony. Cyclical sales cycle that company ignores. You can be the top sales person in the office but when sales are in the trough part of the cycle, somehow you're still the one to blame. You'll have a heart attack when you learn that the CEO takes home one of the biggest percentages of overall GP, compared to all other U.S. corporations (24+%)

good compensation package Chicago Office has a great Operations Team that make the little things easier.

Cons

Leadership in the Chicago Office is Laughable. If you ask consultants that know about them, you should get some pretty funny responses.

Pros

There were alot of really nice people that worked there. They do seem to attract top talent. Many of the people that they hire have experience in the field and industry that they are recruiting for.

Cons

Terrible management. They are so focused on metrics and KPI's and sometimes forget that they are working with real people and not robots or machines.
