      Pros

      It's a job when I needed one.

      Cons

      Call potential candidates and get them to apply for jobs they do not quite fit. Provide little to no guidance to candidates. When clients make candidates an offer pressure them to immediately take the job so we can get our commission. High pressure and no thanks.

      Pros

      They did offer me a job and did pay me my money.

      Cons

      They lied to me about the position that they wanted to work for them for. They said it was a data center and I was going to be working testing, cabling, and server maintance. The position was really a manufacturing job my first week I was doing General Labor and cleaning the warehouse. I got to cable a server cabinet for 3 days and they fired me. This was the first time I have ever done this work before. I should never of gotten the job if they wanted someone with experience.

      Pros

      Kforce has been awesome to me from the start. They got me a job I was looking for with little experience in the field. They have been very helpful and set up my interviews within days.

      Cons

      I wish they would pay me more. I know they are making a lot more off of me than I'd like, but hey it's a great to get into the technology world.
