      Pros

      Good experience for phone based positions.

      Cons

      Takes about 2 years to see commission even if you are good at your job. High turnover makes life stressful. 10 hour work days make for a terrible work life balance.

      Pros

      They we're nice people but I had a horrible experience with them. Will never take a call or email from them again

      Cons

      They basically promised me a interview at the job.. Kforce told me they would call me 2-3 hours I waited and emailed the next day then they said that they get a hold of the manager so I waited after a week still nothing... If you don't have a position for me don't promise the person they would be called and tell me not to go to another interview ... Very unprofessional!

      fun company and nice office with cafe and gym on site. (tampa), very team oriented. work hard /play hard

      Cons

      can be very cut throat and some favoritism . training is horrible ., they train you on the industry , but not about the job. insurance is more expensive than most places.
