Low commission plan with no hurdle structure. There has been a lack of real training for new people who are working remotely. You are told to shadow people who don’t want to make the time for you. You’re not provided any real kind of guidelines or syllabus. Also....being forced to work 8-6pm? Like what? I have no problem working overtime, but I want that to be my decision and not forced. 4 hours of unpaid overtime equates to 208 extra hours in a year....that’s over 5 workweeks of overtime. There’s no reason to have 2 meetings every single day. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. If you’re going to force the 2 meetings, start them DURING business hours like 9am, not 8am and 4:30pm, not 5pm
