      Would not recommend to anyone I care about

      Base salary is decent ($48k)

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management, office is polarized and they work you against each other, little to no training, they know you are replaceable and don’t care, masculine energy from most upper leadership to a point where women don’t feel comfortable

      Great entry level position

      Pros

      Awesome first job when you graduate college. The culture is a ton of fun and the people are amazing. Also, the pay is very nice for a first office jobs.

      Cons

      Not a place to build a long term career if you aren’t good at sales.
