      Pros

      Good people, fair salary with good international health insurance. Compared to international missions in Pristina, NATO/KFOR's salary is significantly lower.

      Cons

      -The military staff changes every 6 months, and this makes the consistency of tasks difficult. -There is no meritocracy and promotion in office. You work because you signed a contract, and that's it.

      Hire you with a decent salary even with no experience

      Cons

      Everything. Very childish atmosphere. Gossipy leadership, hazing atmosphere. Not for actual adults.
