      you meet great people there

      Cons

      pay is horrible, there is clear favoritism, ops team is totally unappreciated, HQ is based out of tampa and are pretty useless.

      Culture, flexible, team events, in it together attitude

      Cons

      Unfair compensation/promotion structure, upper management very detached/ brags about wealth, no career planning or path

      Decent base salary with no degree or previous experience required.

      Cons

      Management - can’t speak for the entire company but Orange County needs serious help. More focus on quantity than quality. Work life balance not encouraged. Toxic work environment.
