      Corporate company and you're just a number

      Pros

      If you get buddy-buddy with your manager you're golden. The first couple of months (if you make it) are very positive and show lots of promise.

      Cons

      You're literally just a number and the turnover is insane. Some people only last 2 weeks. Super cutthroat environment where it seems a small handful of people actually make money.
