      Great people on the team. Many don't stay long

      Pros

      Kforce makes a great effort toward team bonding, outings, and a run office environment. They generally hire pleasant people so you'll likely enjoy your co-workers.

      Cons

      Folks generally don't stay long., mainly because the expectations are high and the base/ commission doesn't yield a great ROI. Generating new business is difficult due to thousands of other companies offering the same services, so in sales, your job is to differentiate Kforce to prospects who are called by staffing agencies every day. Every now and then you'll get a win, but weighing time spent vs income is underwhelming to most employees, even after building a book of business for a few years.

      Pros

      KForce is a fantastic recruiting firm. The base salary is a lot better vs. other companies, they are starting to allow remote work as the new normal, and we have an "in" with almost every large company. If you want to make a lot of money, and are willing to put in the extra work, you can do that with KForce. The transparency from the leadership team is great, too. It's a nice feeling working for a recruiting firm that actually has a good reputation with candidates/companies. I'm proud to say that I work here.

      Cons

      Some "in-balance" between different positions (sales vs. recruiting). Sometimes I feel like recruiters have a lot more weight on their shoulders.
