      High pressure, you are only as good as your last month, management didn't care about the people.

      Core Value & Culture Come First

      Pros

      commitment to living by the core values in everything we do, open-door policy to speak your ideas and thoughts openly with management at all levels, lots of women in leadership roles, transparency from executive team through regular written and LIVE communications, an innovative spirit where there is no such thing as a bad idea

      Cons

      We're in a challenging industry with a lot of competition and a shifting landscape, which means a lot of shifting gears internally to stay ahead in the game. I personally like a frenetic pace where things happen fast, but I can see some employees struggle when there are frequent changes.

      In my 13 years Respect for our Clients and our Employees always in my opinion number 1.

      Cons

      We don't get most of the Holidays off like President's Day, Veteren's Day, Martin Luther King Day. I usually take these days off because my family and I have activities on these days.
