Pros

The training was excellent, they put you in a place where you can establish a routine and get your bearings straight if you have never been in staffing before. Upper management always tries to keep you in the loop when it comes to how the company is doing. The regional Vice President was great and only wanted you to succeed!

Cons

Management was all over the place with no streamline of communication. Upper management had one vision and the management in the office had another. The focus was often in the wrong place with emphasis on activity and numbers rather than placement or submitting quality candidates. The culture could have been better, with a few employees that had no filters and would rattle off saying anything they wanted with no consequence made it uncomfortable at times. With no access to updated tools or resources to either the Sales team or recruiters you saw your most tenured sales people leaving for other recruiting firms within 18 months. I saw about 8 people leave that office within the 16 months I was there for 1 reason or another. I never felt truly comfortable in job security there and would find myself stressing about whether or not I would have a job, the manager would want you there by 815 but would often come in at 9am or later. With sales managers often leaving and not many reqs to work on I found it hard to hit the metrics they were looking for and there for there was not much opportunity for commission. The compensation is mediocre given how much other companies will pay you and the commission structures they have in place. the commission structure as a whole is a joke, I get the more placements you get the more you make but it is so low in the beginning and given ho hard it is to place anyone here really not worth it. My advice would be to explore other staffing firms if you have a solid sales background first.

Employee experience and leadership integrity are incredibly important to us. The experience you describe does not match the culture we strive to sustain. Would you please reach out to me at jschwaller@kforce.com so I can learn more? Thank you.

Pros

1) We have great leadership! My boss empowers me to do the best job for both our clients and consultants. I can be creative in creating client solutions and can go out of my way to get to know our consultants and get to know what they love and how best to support each and every one of them. 2) I have a terrific recruiting team who really partners on finding the right match for each role. And our teamwork and communication is second to none. 3) I also get to work remotely and am trusted to do my best. I know that is something that is earned and don't take it for granted. I also spend most of my time on site at my biggest client supporting the current consultants we have working there as well as being personally available for managers as they see me on site, they can address anything needed. 4) Kforce offers GREAT incentive trips. I am a top performer and go on super cool trips almost every year to places like Cabo, Hawaii, Europe, Puerto Rico. Next year's trip is a bit more local at the Fairmount Scottsdale Princess Resort, which looks just amazing! I can't wait to go with all my coworkers. 5) I've been working here a long time and at 50 years old, am completely debt free, living in Seattle, that's pretty cool. Kforce has afforded me having that ability and a great lifestyle. Thank you!

Cons

1) We are a big company and sometimes need to get approval from a number of different levels, which can slow down the speed to service for both consultants/managers. 2) Recently, we have had a lot of turnover and I'm always curious why people don't work out here. Our culture and environment is top notch.

Pros

KGS Management created a company Credo to be respected and adhered to, and from my experience they truly do live up to the items in the Credo as well as emphasize that KGS Associates do as well. Also, many people have been very supportive of me and my work while at KGS.

Cons

I have no no cons with KGS.
