      Pros

      Fun team that really does work hard and play hard and a great client list.

      Cons

      There is a salary draw that is really difficult. They try to motivate by highlighting the best performers but it ends up having the opposite effect. They call out people's activity when they're having a hard time in front of the whole office. It is really hard to succeed and stay motivated.

      Pros

      Ability to make a solid income Upward mobility if desired Many locations throughout US Great trips for top producers Uncapped commissions

      Cons

      Very competitive Managers, Directors and VPs have their favorites They always want more - never good enough Micro managed Lots of busy work Commission plans have changed — people making much less now Management doesn’t care Always trying to reinvent the wheel High burdens — seem to increase yearly

      A sweat shop with no real direction

      Pros

      Met some fun people while I worked there... the turnover is unreal.

      Cons

      It's a sweat shop... telephone terrorist 50+ hours a week. If you're not succeeding, managers just tell you to call more people.
