      you meet great people there

      Cons

      pay is horrible, there is clear favoritism, ops team is totally unappreciated, HQ is based out of tampa and are pretty useless.

      I referred a friend (she already had a job that I was currently at but had to go through a temp agency) she never received 1 call to check in. I also was never told about a referral bonus and when a new employee started mentioned it so does the last 3 months I have been going back and forth trying to find out where my referral bonus is

      * Exceptional atmosphere sharing same collective goals * Enjoy working in the smaller committed close group of IT professionals * Spent 12-years @Kforce, feels like just yesterday * Benefits and employee treatment are competitive for senior FTE

      * Project deadlines and expectations could cause confusion at times * Career paths and retaining strong FTE (flexible/competitive) * Kforce does not competitive matching nor salary match skillset to FTE growth
