      A good salary for an entry level recruiting position.

      Cons

      I hated every day I worked here. From accountability board meetings to being berated when your call numbers were low, I have no respect for this company or their management. They treat consultants like cattle.

      Overall team and employees are good people. Good location on the 18th floor with good city views.

      Cons

      Many Recruiters just push paper/resume to hit submittal numbers without care for the quality of the candidate to the job. The first candidate is not always the best candidate.
