Pros

Some of the internal people were very supportive and nice to work with on a personal level, however the individual recruiters did not know much technically.

Cons

Way too much turnover - I had 4 different account managers in an 8 month period. No opportunity for 'bench' type contract work - contract to contract only and months of nothing in between. Once you're off an engagement, there was nothing they would do to find another one for you - a lot of talk, but no action.

Pros

Some coworkers are young and fun, base pay is nice

Cons

Compensation structure is skimpy, high turn over, different job structure than most companies and does not set up for success, focuses on the wrong metrics, horrible training, over sell in the interview process, rules/processes change about twice a month, NO work life balance - expected to work weekends after 50 hour week

Team, independence, top in industry

Cons

Lack of leadership, lots of turnover, delivery manager trying to manage sales team also. Lots of trying to get back in good graces of prio accounts.
