      Excellent contracting company. They follow up with you. make sure your time is calculated and proper. Available when I need to speak with them.

      Pros

      Leadership and senior colleagues want to see everyone win. There is no back stabbing in this firm. Expectations are clear and there is no limit to how high you can succeed as long as you are willing to put in the work. This company is different as they are interested in the long term relationship instead of the quick sale. Kforce emphasizes taking care of the consultant population and wants to ensure every consultant feels they have built a long term relationship with a firm that cares about their growth.

      Cons

      It's still a sales environment...for some metrics are pressure points and perforce them to be "micro managing". Very flat organization and expectations are that everyone is a producer. For those that need "promotions" or title upgrades this can be challenging; but for those that want to make a difference and help others achieve career goals it's the perfect firm.
