To someone that hasn't worked in the staffing industry before, it does seem that there is a lot of turnover, but this is common in all staffing companies. This is a sales oriented business, and if you do not like building a network of contacts, which requires a lot of phone calls and networking, then you will not be successful in this job. You can't build relationships over email.
