Pros

The only thing i like about working at KForce is the team that i am apart of.

Cons

I was only able to maintain my sanity for so long and that was because i enjoyed the people i worked alongside with every day. Now let’s get to the ugly part of the job. The leadership will tell you that you are able to make six figures and go on the PIP trip in your first year and i can tell you that cannot be further from the truth. The reason why there is so much turnover in the Pittsburgh office is not because it’s the “industry standard,” it starts and ends with leadership in the office. The leadership’s actions on a daily basis are inexcusable. I know so many people that have resigned because of leadership and those individuals are still recruiters to this day. The office has been in a constant down-spiral and it is not going to stop until there is new leadership in Pittsburgh. There has been over 30 people who have left in my almost two years here so if KForce is your first option, keep your options open. Leadersgip will be so nice when you meet them in th beginning and will absolutely turn on you 6 months after you start. KForce - Pittsburgh is constantly hiring because they cannot retain talent. All leadership cares about is to put butts in seats to boost his own bonus.

Pros

If you can make it past your first 18 months, the money is decent but much lower than competitor packages I have now seen

Cons

When you produce, you will be asked to produce more and more. No work life balance, be prepared to be in before 8 and after 5. You will be required in the office even if you are above your quota. So much turnover hard to build a sustainable business
