Pros

You have the ability as a recruiter to change and better the lives of others by helping them find new employment opportunities.

Cons

-During my tenure there, I was asked by management to go on Glassdoor and write a review praising the company and leadership there. This was mandatory at the time and I am an employee that abides by the rules and wanted to keep my job. I followed instruction but surely wish I could rescind it now that I am no longer employed here. So....please be leery of all of these "positive" office employee reviews you see. -Leadership is an extremely dishonest group of individuals, that will give you every deceiving piece of rhetoric just to keep you producing at peak levels. They are also very military driven; meaning, they treat you like you're at a bootcamp and I QUOTE: "You can either meet metrics and expectations, or bleed on the streets." -Consistent HR issues and drama in the workplace -If you want to work at this particular company as a recruiter, please decide carefully if this is what you want your life to look like: A. Be expected to meet RIDICULOUS METRICS on a daily basis, and get called out in front of it every morning in front of your team and leadership during extensive morning meeting that eat up your precious time, which in turns impacts your ability to meet these metrics, and from there it turns into a viscous cycle. B. ABSOLUTELY FEEL like you are working in a call center; I can't re-iterate that enough. You are expected to make minimum 40-50 outbound calls a day. C. MICROMANAGEMENT to the point of delirium D. If you aren't making money, they make it clear that you are useless E. They literally will tell you that if you want to be successful at Kforce, do not expect a work-life balance of any sort

Pros

The pay was great and the benefits were good, and the culture was amazing. Everything else should scare you away.

Cons

Work-life balance? Forget about it. You’ll be asked to work late and come in early every day and probably still won’t be performing well enough. If you’re not doing well, they won’t do much to help you-they would put you in a room and act like you needed some help and then just let you go and lay you off without even thinking twice. You will not be an employee here, you will be a number. Also do NOT believe shady management when they tell you that your job is safe, that is not true in the slightest. They’ll tell you what you want to hear.
