Pros
Positive atmosphere, cafeteria on site, pay, your coworkers come from so many different backgrounds, so it's cool to see how everyone chooses/ends up in recruiting
Cons
Lack of training, new people being thrown into the harder accounts with the firm and then having to handle crises with minimal support, lack of morale (I've seen team leads continually making fun of other employees on their team much like a hen will peck something to death), it's somewhat normal to see people crying because of the stress (even guys).
