Pros

Hands-on leadership that is helpful and jumps in as needed Strong, supportive, and highly experienced team High trust among team members Well-defined, effective processes Excellent internal systems and technologies that support day-to-day work Stays ahead of market trends and emerging technologies Great incentives Collaborative in every sense Strong back-office support Easy access to information and answers Long employee tenure, which speaks to the culture Great place for people new to the industry Overall: All in all, I’m really enjoying working here and would highly recommend Kforce.

Cons

I don’t have a true con to share. As a senior salesperson, I feel well supported and set up for success. With over 20 years in the industry, I find the KPIs to be realistic and the compensation plans to be highly competitive. If there is an opportunity for improvement, it would be to further tailor training programs to align with varying levels of experience.

Overworked and underpaid

Pros

The only pro of the company is that most of us were fully remote

Cons

Unrealistic KPI’s. No annual raises. Micromanagement. They have laid off so many people since 2023 and hadn’t hired a single person on my team personally. Leaving more work for the recruiters who are still there. The bonus structure is also terrible. I didn’t even think about it contributing to my yearly salary. They’re always finding something to complain about every few months. Also, this company is poor.
