      KForce is a good contracting outfit

      They will look out for you while you have the job.

      Cons

      If something should happen to the contract, it is very difficult for them to find you another contract.

      Remote atmosphere. Flexible schedule when needed.

      Cons

      - lack of resources for employees. - lack of training for employees. - lack of communication from upward management for employees. - lack of care for jobs. - unrealistic expectations when there aren’t many tools provided.
