Kforce losing its clients one by one

No extra work...its pure body shopping companuy!

Cons

1) Once you lost your project, its very difficult get another project. As i have seen back in 2023, they lost WellsFargo as client, In 2025, they lost USAA as client. 2] They do not have any leverage over their clients. I mean, they will just forward your resume to their client. Your resume should be shortlisted by client. You are like just another person who is applying for a job, with no leverage.

Pros

Great culture. Teamwork is our foundation. We all strive to see each other succeed. Leadership has been very patient and understanding with work life balance challenges and have approved multiple initiatives to improve the balance. We work hard, we work fast, but we are appreciated and rewarded. Multiple opportunities in IT to move up with internal promotions and role changes. If you can do it, prove it, and its yours. Best IT job I have ever had in my 30 plus IT career without any question.

Cons

Must be good at self management since IT is a full time work remote model. Training resources can be thin. It's IT so there will be some late nights and weekend activities but its not bad, especially compared to other companies.
