Pros

I have had the privilege of working at Kforce for 9 years, and I can confidently say that this company has been an amazing place to grow my career. Kforce truly prioritizes its associates, creating an environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. Whether it's through competitive compensation, recognition programs, or clear pathways for advancement, Kforce consistently goes above and beyond to support its people. The company’s focus on upward mobility is one of its standout features. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and career progression, and it's incredibly motivating to see many associates who have advanced into leadership roles. It’s evident that Kforce values and nurtures its talent by consistently promoting from within the firm. One of the things I appreciate most is the regular exposure to C-level executives. It's rare to work for a publicly traded company that offers the unique opportunity to interact directly with senior leadership, providing insight into business strategy and how decisions are made at the highest levels. It’s a refreshing and inspiring experience that sets Kforce apart from other companies in the industry.

Cons

None. Agency recruiting takes time and hard work for long term success. Be realistic about that coming in if you want to be successful.

Pros

*Ability to set your own schedule *No micromanagement *Ability to work-from-home as necessary *Really cool coworkers and direct bosses *Very diverse and inclusive staffing - the most neurodivergent-friendly place I've ever worked. Safe, comfortable environment for women and LGBTQ community members *Health insurance is actually not terrible

Cons

*The uncertainty and ambiguity and just plain shadiness around furloughs (forced unpaid leave) which are happening at least quarterly now - plan for only being able to work for 45-48 weeks out of the year and factor that into your salary negotiations *Being treated like a second-class citizen compared to the employees of the parent company that you work alongside daily - I'm talking being shooed away from pizza parties and not being able to use the on-site gym *Very low morale lately *Knowing that the insane markup they're billing for your labor is going to shareholders instead of into your pocket
