      The team I worked with was great, the office was nice.

      Cons

      Too corporate, managers were breathing down our necks even when we did our job well. Some managers were toxic and it bled from the top, especially managers from the South Florida team,

      I have the pleasure of managing multiple relationships where we provide consulting and contracted work to companies where we're aligned to provide teams that support critical deliverables to our clients. This allows us to both help companies meet their goals and individuals advance in their careers. It's quite rewarding.

      Cons

      the opportunity landscape doesn't always line up for growth, so sometimes it's a struggle to keep people working, but that also create a purpose to help those we employ find new work.
