Horrible leadership, culture lacks integrity and unity, everyone- including Account Managers- are all for their own successes. Limited to no support from management. Politics. Management is super fake, play favorites, they pretend to care but they don't. Horrible recruiting process where it's about quantity vs quality. They expect 200 calls min and 8 external Submittals every week- with hardly any truly qualified requisitions. Super cheap company- no company sponsored anything from this company.
