Pros

Young, fun coworkers, social outings, fun environment, room for growth, can make money here

Cons

very very cliquey. 80% of day is spent IMing other co workers and talking badly/making fun of others. some leaders are good- some bully, micromange and try to lead by fear. very hard to make good money but you can if you get lucky with some accounts and want to put in 12 hour days. be expected to work nights and weekends and answer bosses emails at 11pm at night when you are trying to sleep. bullying and micromanaging is really beyond words. avoid.

Pros

Great company culture, ability to make good money through commission, incentive vacations for top performers

Cons

generally low base salary, very long hours, ability to make commission varies a huge amount based on what city you are in, what accounts are already held by long term employees, and the management in your individual office. For example, I had a great experience and made a lot of money in the office I started it, but transferred to an office across the country (to a much higher cost of living area) and had virtually no chance to get back to my old salary.

You Worked Yourself Out of a Job

Pros

They paid on time, with direct deposit. That was really about it.

Cons

I was brought on as a contractor for fully remote opportunities, which are common in my field. After the first contract, I was offered a bunch of travel opportunities or nothing at all. I accepted one such position - close to my last - and finished the work (plus extra work that I wasn't compensated appropriately for, but it was that or sit in an office by myself twiddling my thumbs) ahead of deadline. My staffing manager told me "We don't have anything for you; you worked yourself out of a job." The implication was that I should have stayed and wasted the client's money and time and done the job more slowly. I went three weeks without a contract after that before they found me another opportunity. By then I already knew I was going to be moving on. On top of that fiasco, their health insurance is terrible. Their 401k is a joke. The staffing managers/support staff have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. I would absolutely never work for these people again.
