Kforce has the best remote culture and amazing people

Kforce leadership and company culture keeps me here after more than 20 years. My boss always empowers me in my own decisions on how to grow business and is super supportive. My team is second to none and works super hard to find the best candidates. I appreciate how our executive team keeps everyone in the company up to speed on what Kforce is up to, with monthly all company "Kforce Live" meetings.
Cons
I would describe Kforce as a "$1.5Billion manual company" because we have so many legacy back office systems. Even our "new" recruiting and sales tool (MS Dynamics) is clunky and we still need to access our legacy recruiting system for historical notes. For me, it does slow down my ability to look up information. And we are in the process of a huge "Back Office Transformation" program, which will take many years to accomplish. So, the company is working on the improvement, like so many other organizations dealing with many legacy, disparate systems.
