Pros

Great pay-base+commission, and if you're good at this job commission is easy. Great executive leadership, they work to have great leaders from the top to the bottom and you actually feel like the people at the top care about you. Great company culture that they try to instill in each of their offices.

Cons

Only cons I found were specific to the Des Moines office. Extremely high turnover, manager is not organized, doesn't know how to lead people, has no common goal for the office to work toward. The company pushes their culture, and works for every office to mimic that, however the management in Des Moines doesn't think it's important and treats their employees like they are disposable.

Pros

You can take your vacation time.

Cons

Very low pay, poor managers which are bullies and hostile. Cut throat product owners and finger pointing with gossip like crazy. Foster childish behavior with massive complaining and whining developers. First 5 months were great but the following year totally miserable.

Pros

Good initial hourly rate- no middle layers so visa stamping is not an issue.

Cons

They will hook you in knowing they can bargain for lower rates in subsequent projects as they hold your visa- highly unethical! Also, their marketing is awful- no guarantee you will get another project and you will lose your status and might have to return to home country.
