Pros

I have to say something to meet the 20 word requirement...ummm....endless supply of koolaide to drink if your an idiot?!

Cons

I don't think I was fair in the pros column...so I'll do my best to Sell Kforce using their "integrity" formula . KForce could be your dream career... If you like: 1. Telemarketing!!!! 2. A long dragged out sales process that can go wrong at every corner!!! 3. Total lack of training!!! 4. Managers that lack managerial experience!!! 5. Working on the weekends!!!! 6. Working late into the night while home!!! 7. Pointles, confusing meetings weekly!!! 8. Smoke blown up the you-know-what daily!!! 9. A revolving door of employees!!! And last but not least... 10. A completely unfair, dishonest commission structure!!! Then this just might be the "Right Match" for you!!!

Pros

Very energetic, fun, helpful culture. Great people and if you work hard there is a lot of opportunity to make great money. Lots of room for advancement. Really good place to work.

Cons

Lot of focus on metrics, #'s driven environment. Not much experience on team.

Pros

Many of these reviews are for people contracted to work at other companies through KForce, not KForce internal employees. It's a bit misleading. Pay is good, I look forward to coming to work every day, coworkers are friendly, intelligent, and enthusiastic about what they do. While some recruiters may not be very responsive, everyone I've met at KForce thus far has been very courteous and compassionate towards the people they contract, and it feels like a two-way street that's focused around building a relationship with their contractors and clients, not simply head hunting. We are working with candidates who are getting dozens of calls a day from other recruiters. In order to function, we need to treat our candidates with respect and integrity, and that's what I've seen working here. I've only been here for a short while, but I honestly love working here. Lots of (earned) flexibility as well. If you're a good, consistent employee, you can modify your hours a bit (come in an hour earlier and leave hour earlier) or work remotely some days.

Cons

Benefits aren't great -- have to pay out of pocket for sub par coverage. But good pay makes up for that.
