Kforce reviews

Firstly, anyone reading this should be aware that it is a current initiative by corporate to force current employees to post inflated, good reviews to bury the true reviews about this company. If you choose to join Kforce, just expect to burn yourself out without much reward. The culture is incredibly juvenile, gossipy, and it feels like being back in high school. There is also no real training for management - it's just run by people who put in their time. So what ends up happening is very inner-circle cliques and unqualified directors.
