      Pros

      Assignment was close to my home

      Cons

      When I was on assignment they rarely check in on their employees to see how things are going. They have so many websites you access things through for example, pay is one site, time cards another, W-2's another.... etc. It makes it confusing. Also the company you are assigned to will never hire you because of a royalty or finders fee they will have to pay to Kforce.

      Pros

      You are completely in charge of your future here. Any success or failure is completely within your own control. Every agency setting has metrics and turnover - but Kforce has a great culture, unbeatable medical, personal and financial benefits, flexibility once you start hitting your GP goals plus a tenured team full of very REAL people (IT) who try to help each other as best as they can.

      Cons

      Bigger firm = greater chances of interpersonal drama. After being here a few years you get to look at things from a much grander perspective... it's pretty easy to watch bad seeds come and go without much impact to your own book of business. Focus on your personal and professional goals and you'll be able to skate right by everyone else's human journey in to the good, bad and ugly. Also - if you're considering joining the team please know that some reviews for Dallas are old and we have 2 teams (IT & F+A). Ask questions about team history in your interview and management will be honest with you about real life struggles. I promise.
