Pros

Worked with very nice people and very flexible schedule.

Cons

Management team has created a less than desired work environment. There is not enough training to really help a new employee succeed. Micromanaging to the point where it is hurting performance. There is no real tending to morale in the office - only the breaking down of it. I heard it wasn't always that way but once the recession hit things have just gotten worse and even out of the recession are not going back to what it used to be. NO ONE is happy working there but are stuck because it is a commissioned position and they know there is money to be made but are so unhappy. Those who aren't commission are leaving.

Pros

They have a solid system for training young professionals and do outstanding on the contract side. When I was there, they were as good or better that most nation firms on % of fees paid to consultants.

Cons

Limited support for the perm placement side. Wall Street mainly cares about the contract revenue so the perm revenue is just a big bonus when it happens. The search consultants see this and leave when they don't feel supported.
